Each Tsepho V3 includes:
● 12-Month Limited Warranty on manufacturing defects
● Coverage on battery performance and internal electrical systems
● Protection against component failure under normal household use
Our warranty ensures that households are not left vulnerable if an issue arises. If a unit experiences a manufacturing-related fault within the warranty period, our team will inspect, repair, or replace the affected component at no additional cost.
Because we manufacture locally, support is fast, accessible, and community-based — not outsourced or imported.
